Obviously in these tough times many people are suffering the pain of job loss. A natural response is to experience a crisis in confidence and the sheer bemusement of what to do next . Traditional outplacement is not necessarily the best option, it is not help with writing CVs that is most needed, but how to make sense of what has happened and to move on successfully. It is support in:

  • coming to the true belief that a job-loss does not negate all the years of experience
  • recognising that the inner store of strengths and skills which each individual carries are not lost when they leave the organisation
  • ensuring the next move that is chosen is the right one. Not taking the safe route of rushing to get back into the same role as before
  • using this as an opportunity to consider the possibilities; what really will fulfil the coachee's purpose and achieve a life of well-being.
