Perfection is expected from leaders, but they are fallible and leadership for all its perceived perks can be a lonely and worrying place. Leaders are constantly surrounded by a myriad of people, often with their own agenda and all wanting a piece of the leader’s emotions and mind as well as physically running them ragged. Even resilient leaders find coaching support can be a key element in successfully managing the many the pressures of leadership. A leader’s emotional and physical well being is essential if they are to perform at peak levels. Our Leadership Coaching is designed to offer support to achieve this. This level and structure of coaching will also be suitable for members of the executive board(Boardroom Coaching) and your top talent(Top Talent Coaching). Specific programmes are developed for each of these needs.
Our Leadership Coaching will:
- give the leader the space to sort the wood from the trees, to establish what is most important
- examine aspects of the leader’s value system and style of management
- challenge the leader to look at the realities of their situation and deal with any unsolved issues
- give the leader the support and time for reflection to consider their own needs and what actions they must take to ensure that these are met.
Our Leadership Coaching is discreet and confidential and is designed to work around the schedule of busy people.
Where needed we will offer support with building a clear vision, considering any barriers and developing tools to overcome these. We will then work with the leader on their approach to communicating the vision to their team and inspiring them to make it theirs.
