How we work together with you. It is really important to us that we achieve outstanding results for you. We are also determined to make our relationship with you mutually enjoyable and rewarding. So that we have absolute clarity about your expectations for our coaching we have a clear structure for the way that we work with you:
- metrics will be set; e.g. productivity improvements, behavior changes, goals achieved, improved team relationships, presentations skills
- timings and levels of confidentiality will be agreed.
The coach will also work to achieve an understanding of:
- the culture of your organisation, the structure, the vision and values
- the coachee’s role within the organisation; their strengths; and where appropriate their perceived potential and the barriers to this being achieved.
A coaching agreement which sets clear boundaries and expectations will be developed for each coachee.
The coachee’s background, aspirations, worries, needs, expectations etc will initially be established through the use of a simple questionnaire .
The ‘wheel of life’ and the ‘business wheel’ where the current level of focus on important areas of business and life are considered and used as a guide for future goal-setting.
Whilst what takes place in the coaching sessions is confidential, based on the agreed metrics and within the boundaries of confidentiality throughout the executive coaching period there will be regular updates on progress. At the close of the business coaching journey, metrics will be reviewed, a report will be issued and an assessment meeting will be held.
