Business managers often need to make, what seem like, significant decisions in record speed, and they may find that under times of extreme pressure they return to their base instincts and more formal learning gets thrown out of the window. Our Individual Executive Coaching offers:

• an objective sounding board to explore new ideas
• time to reflect on the choices that are being made while also thinking about how to best meet goals.
• the opportunity to develop a personal vision as well as a vision for the organisation

If required the coach will engage more directly with the coachee’s role and become part coach and part mentor. Because of our coaches skills they can offer an insight into how to address a wide range of business and management issues.
